Please avoid including sensitive personal or health information in an initial email. Email may not be a secure method for sharing confidential information.

Online booking and client records

Online appointment booking is offered through Jane, a third-party practice management platform. Information submitted through Jane is handled using that platform and the practice's applicable privacy and security settings. Counselling records and other personal health information are managed separately from general website inquiries and are subject to professional confidentiality and applicable privacy requirements. Details about collection, use, disclosure, record retention, and your rights will be explained through the practice's informed consent and privacy procedures.

How information is used

Information you provide may be used to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, communicate about services, and provide counselling services when you become a client. Personal information is not intended to be used for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent.

Corey Deveaux Counselling does not currently use advertising or third-party website analytics tools to track visitors.
